so many times we make things complicated. we get stuck on what we "should" do, "have" to, and "could" be. while you may think that it is all necessary, it really is not and many times our shoulds on ourselves are really our dissatisfaction with how we choose to live. choices in every moment are made true to ourselves or because of the reasons we think we need to accommodate. some of the conversations that i hear people having are: "we always do it that way." or "we have to do it or it won't be the same." or "i could have done that so much better." while all of the "reasons" could be legitimate, what if you took a closer look at them and examined if they really are or not? i'll bet you find 3 things (easily) that you complicate in your life. share them below or write them down. if you don't know just look at the things that give you the most stress. share them and let's see if we can discuss our way through to a positive solution.
